It was one of those summer days in Northern Germany.
On one hand, there was confidence that the temperatures would be sufficient to spend the whole day outdoors. On the other hand, whispers were exchanged quietly—of course, only so that the bride couldn’t hear: ‘Hopefully it won’t start raining later.’
And so we began the day. With a bit of uncertainty whether Plan A could be executed. But with a lot of positive, summery anticipation for this wonderful wedding of Katharina & Dennis. Because we had all been looking forward to it for a long time! We had many of our favorite service providers with us that day and were three on-site to ensure the perfect flow for the two of them.
“We stationed ourselves, as often, at the various locations of the wedding. Franzi coordinated the setup and proceedings in the church, while Jessica was occupied all day with preparations for dinner and the evening. At the same time, she acted as a point of contact for all service providers who had questions regarding the evening event or for guests who spontaneously wanted to include a speech in the schedule. In the meantime, I took care of the bridal couple and stayed close to them, so that we could react to their wishes at any time.” – Karina
As it turned out, we were able to execute Plan A almost all day long. Only the cake cutting in the afternoon had to be moved indoors at short notice. But by the time it came for the group photo with the wedding photographer, all the guests were back outside.
As the sun slowly bid farewell behind the horizon, the guests were led to the wonderfully decorated attic and could enjoy all the happiness of this wonderful wedding venue. A fantastic decoration, beautiful flowers, a fabulous dinner, great speeches, a few tears, followed by a party that went on until the early hours of the morning. For us, one of the most beautiful weddings this year.
